We don`t take cleanliness for granted and produce our products in a certified and professional environment.
Our food establishment is taking place in a fully insulated environment, which is all made of stainless steel (beside the floor). Our equipment consists of 5 sinks and 6 cold- and hot water supplies, a grease trap and a walk-in cooler which cools down to zero degree Celsius. We are working on 5 tables to prepare our meat-products, and use tools like a bowl chopper, meat mixer, meat grinder, meat slicer, a vacuum machine for packaging and a kettle for boiling sausages. We are certified by the provincial food inspector and are a fully licenced and inspected meat prosessing facility.
