Our bees forage on flowering trees (apple, cherry, pear), flowering shrubs, wildflowers and our herbal botanic gardens. Our 50 acre bio farm is chemical free and run on the principles of organic farming and permaculture. We bottle our honey in our on site certified food establishment. Raw honey contains a complex mix of vitamins, minerals, and natural sugars. Note: do not give raw honey to infants under one year of age. Forest Honey is available at the farm gate, Pan Cape Breton Food Hub, and Port City Grocery in Sydney.
